Brockton Workers Alliance mission is to educate, support, organize, and empower immigrant workers that confront long-term workplace abuses and exploitation to lead the fight for their rights through the development of better local, state, and national policies.

- Advocate for better Health Care Services Access Campaign
- Racial equity and economic justice in jobs access, health care and housing justice. These campaigns address the barriers workers and communities in Brockton confront, leading to the advancement of different bills at the state house.
